Getting your order to you in a timely, efficient manner is the real challenge because much of it is out of our hands. Fortunately, we've figured out that only about 1 in 100 has any sort of problem, so the odds are in your favor. Order Confirmation
On-line orders are confirmed by email within 24 hours. PLEASE ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. You will not receive confirmation if address is not accurate. If faxing, please include email address (if available). We cannot confirm orders that do not include email address. We consider your information confidential, and do not share it with any other parties.
* Note: Due to seasonal infectious conditions, we occasionally experience epidemics on certain designs, and occasionally may be unable to fill your order. For example, we had a bulk order for Chlamydia last year that left us in remission. Who could have guessed? In any case, the website and our toll free 1-800 # should be able to give you a current status report on availability. If we are unable to fill a fax order, we will return the fax with an alert.
Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover), checks, and Krugerands. Our online merchant account provides real-time authorization of your order, with maximum security and privacy.
Signed Purchase Orders will be accepted from commercial companies and non-profit institutions, WITH PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION. Fax to 818.990.2738. We will not charge out any order unless or until inventory is available. In the event of back orders or "remissions," you will be notified and given the opportunity to modify your order or wait for a new "outbreak."
Quantity Discount
Available for all products in quantities over one dozen. Please email or call Customer Service with inquiries. In order to qualify, all orders must be shipped to same address.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped, inventory permitting, within 3 - 10 business days (M-F). If any order is anticipated to be delayed more than 30 days, you will be informed and given options.

You'll have the opportunity to purchase a gift box along with individual products. If you would like the GIFT CARD filled out, please provide message in the "comments" section at CHECK OUT. Be sure to indicate opening and closing salutations. If gift is being shipped to you, we will simply insert the card for you to complete.

You should consider purchasing through our international distributors, but if they do not have stock of something you're interested in, here are our international shipping rates:
Except for December, rates for Canada, Asia, Australia and Europe are accessible during the Checkout Process. They begin at $12.00 (Canada) and $14.00 (Australia, Asia, Europe) for the first $100 of merchandise, and increase per $100 additional merchandise. For questions, or for rates to other countries, contact us via EMAIL or Fax.
Express Shipping: Please call 818.990.6264 (M-F 8:00-5:00 PT) if delivery is urgent and requires special attention. Remember that phone numbers are required in order to use Express Shipping. Be advised signatures may be required on your end, (and UPS and Fed Ex will get very cranky if they miss you more than three times).

Returns & Exchanges
Please return items for credit, refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase to:

Note: in compliance with regulations, boxers can only be exchanged in case of quality defect (in the boxer, not you). We offer an unconditional guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you will not wear it, nor will you talk about us or the issues. Send it back, we will credit you accordingly. Before returning, please contact Customer Service with questions or concerns.

Although no company can guarantee 100% security against "hackers," we can assure you that our website is in very safe hands. Our security has audited by Comodo, one of the world's leading security firms, and our servers are housed in a secure facility. When you are in the process of checking out, and before you start providing any personal information, you can verify this by mousing over or clicking the Comodo logo in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. In addition, your credit card information is deleted as soon as your order has been processed.
